The measurement of the width of a garden plot is 44.25 m. Its actual width is 45.5 m. What is the percent error in the measurement, to the nearest tenth of a percent?

2.7 because you first subtract 45.5 - 44.25 which equals 1.25 and now you divide 1.25 with 45.5 which is 0.027 now you multiply by 100 which is now 2.7 its very easy on calculator plus i know how to do this because i used this technique and it was very easy 100/A  for my test. your welcome :)
