y =-2x-4

x = 0, y = -2(0)-4 = -4

x=1, y = -2(1) -4 =-2-4 = -6

x=2, y = -2(2)-4 = -4-4 =-8

x=3, y = -2(3) - 4 = -6-4 =-10

Answer is B
