you capitalize dad if your referring to a specific person so in this sentence dad should be capitalized. if uncle or aunt is in front of a name it will be capitalized as well.

correct answer is "My Dad, Aunt Maria, Uncle Diego, and my Cousin were all there, but Mom couldn't come."
