Remember that

The formula to calculate the midpoint between two points is given by


M((x_1+x_2)/(2),(y_1+y_2)/(2))

we have the points

A(-2, 3) and E(2, -1)

Find out the midpoint

Applying the formula above


\begin{gathered} M((-2+2)/(2),(3-1)/(2)) \\ \\ M(0,1) \end{gathered}

Therefore

The midpoint is (0,1)
