in this type of question, you just need to replace all the X in the equation with 4 and finish the rest of the calculation like usual
G(4)=x^2 + 3
G(4) = 4^2 + 3
G(4) = 16 + 3
G (4) = 19

okay, so plug in 4 into all x
G(4) = (4)^2 + 3
G(4) = 16 + 3
G(4) = 19
your answer is 19
