A sphere with a diameter of 16mm has the same surface area as the total surface area of a right cylinder with the base diameter equal to the sphere diameter. How high is the cylinder?

The answer is 8mm and here's how:

4πsquare= 2πrsquare+2πrh
2πsquare=2πrah
R=h
So h=16/2=8mm
