How could a strong central government help Georgians facing an Indian war?

The central government could provide forces to help the Georgians in case the Indians attacked any of their settlements.
As a return for this favor, the united states Government promised the indians that they would created treaties with the indian people in creating boundaries that must be respected by the setlers if they do not want to be punished by the Federal government.
