What are the effects of performing an activity after completing a warm-up versus not doing a warm up?

If you don't warm up, you can EASILY hurt yourself, pull something, blow out a tendon, I should know I'm a gymnast!! Your performance also will not be as well without I warm up versus with a woman. Especially with sports like gymnastics, and dance, you cannot perform at your best if your muscles not warmed up.

Some effects of performing an activity after completing a warm-up versus not doing a warm-up are if you don't warm up, your performance will not be as spot on,  you won't have as good blood circulation, it is easier to pull a muscle/injure yourself, your flexibility won't be to the maximum, your central nervous system won't be as active. If you warm up, all the opposite of those reasons will benefit you.
