Fire does not live because it's not made out of cells
Fire has not evolved out of evolution
Fire is just the emittion of heat via radiation and photons due to high movement of molecules inside the burning source

No fire is not a living thing.
It is a gas.
It does not have any DNA to even consider it as a living thing.
Fire does not reproduce.
