Notice that most nouns are capitalized in the Constitution. Why are these nouns capitalized? What effect does this have on the reader? I'm not really sure on this, could anyone help?

Notice that most nouns are capitalized in the Constitution. Why are these nouns capitalized? What effect does this have on the reader?

Maybe because they wanted the nouns to be bold and heard?
