In the high school

Percentage of children who are 17 years old is 28%

Out of the 28% , 44% studnets play sport

So,

Percentage of studnets who donot play sport = 100%-44% = 56%

Now Probability of selection student who donot play sport and is seventeen years old is the product of the percantage probability of seventeen years student and the student who donot play sport divide by 100

\begin{gathered} \text{ Probability=}(56*28)/(100) \\ \text{Probability}=15.68\text{ Percantage} \end{gathered}

Answer : B) 15.68%
