One of the examples of lack of fairness in Russia would be the very high protest fines. Many of the protesters are asked to pay huge fines when they stage up a protest against the government. This often happens to LGBT organizations who are doing protest against the propaganda law created by Kremlin.
Another would be the increase in administrative fines. They also created laws that would stop opposition members like Alexei Navalny to get a position in government.
