If the given is .97 the best way to explain this would be cross out the impossibles. You must notice that the variable is defined as z greater than +0.97. This would mean it has to be less than 0.5 (because it is completely excluding a half of your normal distribution which is defined by z). Therefore, b., c., d., and e. are simply not possible. leaving a as the only
