The perimeter of a rectangle is 400 yards. What are the dimensions of the rectangle if the length is 80 yards more than the width?

L=80+w
2(80+w)+2w=400
160+2w+2w=400
160+4w=400
4w=240
w=60
L=80+60
L=140
So, the length is 140 and the width is 60
