Starting at the top you have the Skull, which is not part of the vertebrae, but is a good starting point. The Cervical Spine is made through C1-C7, with the Atlas (C1) and Axis (C2), being two specially made bones. This is followed up by the Thoracic Vertebrae: T1-T12, Lumbar Vertaebrae: L1-L5, Sacrum: S1-S5 (these are fused), and the Coccyx, Which vary from Co1-Co3,4,or 5.

In total this makes up the 33 vertebrae, in the human body.
