The mid ocean ridge. Because it is close to the ocean and most earthquakes happen near oceans. Also volcanoes can take place in oceans.

The ring of fire is a ring of volcanoes and earthquakes that occur along the mid-ocean ridge. The definition of the Mid-ocean ridge is an undersea mountain chain where new ocean floor is produced. It also circles the Earth.
