How would you refer to a married couple? abuelos nietos esposos padres hijos

If we are talking about a married couple in Spanish it is said "esposos". The term involves husband and wife. As regards "abuelos", it makes reference to grandparents- When using the tern "padres", it refers to parents.
"hijos" is for children (sons and daughters) and "nietos" is for grandchildren.
