$\frac{8.86 + 1.0 * 10^(-3)} {3.610 * 10^(-3)}=\frac{8.86 + 0.001} {0.00361} \\ \\ =\frac{8.861} {0.00361}=2,454.57=\bold{2.455*10^3}$
