well, 0.2 is the same as 0.20, and 0.20-0.09 is 0.11.

Answer: 2.2

Explanation:

Given : Proportion of choosing silver = 0.2 =0.20.

Proportion of choosing red= 0.09

Clearly, 0.20> 0.09

Now, the number of times more respondents chose silver than red will be :-

n=(0.20)/(0.09)\\\\=(20)/(9)\\\\=2.22222\approx2.2\ \text{ Rounded to the nearest tenth}

Hence, 2.2 times the respondents chose silver than red.
