I would try making a list of questions on any further questions. However there are two major tests that gynecologists will always routinely perform, during such examinations. The first is a Pap Smear, which is performed to check for any abnormalities, diseases, pathologies like cancers (Cervical Cancer is a killer) using visual observation and smear cultures in the female reproductive tract.
Additionally we will perform some urine testing to check for UTI or to perform a pregnancy test.
