To get discount price multiply 4250 by (1-discount percent)

$4250x(1-.25)= $425-x(.75) =$3,187.50

To get price after fee is included
multiply the 3,187.50 by (1+fee percentage)

$3,187.50x(1+.09)
3,187.50x(1.09)
=$3,474.375
=$3,474.36
