I believe that the answer is 1/32 cup because two dozen = 2x12=24 each cookie has 1/24 of sugar. then you have to get 3/4 divided by 24 which is 3/96. which that equals to 1/32. Hope this helps

\bf \cfrac{\quad (3)/(4)\quad }{\stackrel{\textit{two dozen}}{24}}\implies \cfrac{\quad (3)/(4)\quad }{(24)/(1)}\implies \cfrac{3}{4}\cdot \cfrac{1}{24}\implies \cfrac{3}{96}
