5.5571 in decimal form, 5 5571/10000 in mixed number form. Hope it helps!

7/10 = 0.7
To find the number of strips we divide:_
Number of strips = 4.1 / 0.7 = 5 with remainder 6
So he can make 5 strips - the length of wire remaining is too short to make another strip of length 7/10
