The main difference between Wilson’s Fourteen Points and the Treaty of Versailles - the peace agreement made during the Paris conference - was that:
Germany had to give up all colonies, the Kaiser and other leaders were punished and had to pay reparations. Germany had to accept the blame for the war. All of this anti-Germany punishments were not in the 14 Points.
Both of them had some similarities, such as the Freedom of Movement, the removal of economic barriers, the reduction of armed forces, the creation of the League of Nations, the removal of German soldiers of other territories, Belgium independence.
