The pregnant woman can experience mild anxiety because she is probably worried, nervous, concerned, shaky or sweaty about what the obstetrician is going to say, about the well being of the baby.
The symptoms during a mild anxiety attack are the same as those during a more severe anxiety attack, but less severe.
