Physical Fitness is the physical activities that are part of your day-to-day routine or recreation. I'd like to say "false" but I think it's "true", also. If you incorporate fitness in your day-to-day routine, then yes, it's true.

However, if there is no effort put in to be physically active, then the answer is false.
