This sort of deviance produces a rush of energy and excitement.
Rules and regulation pur a certain degree of resistance in people's freedom in order to prevent chaos.
As a human, we tend to feel some sort of adrenaline rush whever we do something that break whatever restrict us, which could lead to the type of deviance dipslayed above
