h(x) is just a transformation of f(x).

The transformation is the '2x-3' inside of function 'f'.

Let x = 4, Then 2x-3 = 2(4) - 3 = 5.

This means that h(4) = f(5)

Use the given table to find f(5).

f(5) = -2
