Group common terms 3x+5x+10x= 18x
18x=16x-6
Subtract 16x from both sides
2x= -6
Divide 2 on both sides

x= -3

3x + 5x + 10x = 18x

18x - 16x = 2x

2x/2 = -6/2

x = -3

hope this helps
