This would be to determine a source's credibility. Therefore it can be labeled as a fact and proven true. Hope this helps!

I would go with A) to determine the sources credibility because its important to know who published to make sure that person is a reliable source, when it was published so u make sure its up to date and not outdated, or just make sure its at the right time depending on your assignment, whether it was fact checked because u want to make sure it is trustworthy as well. These are important questions that we all have to ask to check credibility.
