3x - y = -4
- 3x - 3x
-------------------
y = -3x - 4
Slope: -3
Opposite Reciprocal Slope: 1/3
Given: (-2,4)
Point Slope Form: y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 4 = 1/3(x + 2)
y - 4 = 1/3x + 2/3
+ 4 + 4
-----------------------------
y = 1/3x + 14/3
