we know that

The Inverse Property of Multiplication states that the product of any number and its multiplicative inverse is one

so

(a)/(b)* (b)/(a)=1

in this problem we have

(a)/(b)=(17)/(3)

(b)/(a)=(3)/(17) -----> multiplicative inverse of
(a)/(b)

substitute

(17)/(3)*(3)/(17)=1

therefore

the answer is

inverse property of multiplication
