Individuals use cost-benefit analyses because it can help them answer questions in their mind to make an important decision. An example of cost-benefit analyses is deciding whether to buy a computer or not. You ask yourself questions like How much does it cost? T
he cost of training staff to use them. Or one of the benefits is that it could influence their speed in doing their work.
Hope this helps! :)
