A gym membership costs $25 to join and $14 each month. Write and use an algebraic expression to find the cost of the gym membership for 6 months?

Let m represent each month
25 + 14m= the cost
25 + 14(6) = 109

The cost would be $109 if he bought the 6-month gym membership. Hope this helps and I explained it well.

Since it is each month and membership fee is ONE time, the equation is 14x+25=y.
Since it is asking for 6 months worth of cost, we will input the 6 into the x.
14(6)+25=$109.
It's pretty expensive, if you ask me.
