Sue is 17 years old and believes she is overweight. Which would be the best strategy for maintaining her health?

The best thing for maintaining her health would probably be just to keep a healthy diet, don’t eat too much or too little and don’t eat complete junk food. Also exercising is very important so if she were to run every other day and do like a few jumping jacks or whatever that would help a lot too :) hope this helps!

She should start exercising lightly (if she haven't already), and slowly add to her exercising time.

Not only does she have to start exercising, but she has to go on a small diet, such as stopping the intake of soda and other 'junk' food. She should replace it with more healthier food.
