Explanation:

The scale factor is 0.25 and since we are trying to find coordinates to B prime, we look at B original because they are congruent. B has coordinates -2 , 4 so, we multiply -2 and 4 by the scale factor.

-2 * 0.25 = -0.5. 4 * 0.25 = 1

The (new) coordinates for B prime is -0.5 , 1.
