-3/5x + 1/5 > 7/20
-3x + 1/5 > 7/20 join the denominators
-3x + 1 > 7/20 * 5 multiply both sides by 5
-3x + 1 > 35/20
-3x + 1 > 7/4
-3x > 7/4 - 1
-3x > 3/4
x < -3/4 ÷ 3
x < -1/4
