Deindividuation is the process in which people lose their sense of the fundamental social aspects of a group, such as interest in work and responsibility. The members of a group lose interest individually and disappear the inhibitions provoking the lack of commitment and group identity and the occurrence of the individualism as part of a social phenomenon.

the answer to this question is loss of individuality
When people experiencing loss of individuality, that person tend to forget all of his/her potential as a human being and will experience life without any form of passion. This will lead them to lose a sense of accountability and responsibility that might lead to depression or suicidal thought
