the answer is The polis is a natural outgrowth of human development
In greek society, polis refers to a typal structure of communities. These structure was made by accumulation of interraction between an individual with another and how they develop a relationship. Human tendency to belong in a group make us develop a tendency to do something to be accepted by that social group.
