1) Carol Dweck works with the idea of two basic Mindsets: Fixed and Growing Mindset or rather Growth Mindset. The first one says about the vision people hold about each other, when it comes to inteligence. Some think they have a limited and fixed inteligence and another group of people treat themselves as people who hold a maliable mind, i.e.an ability of always learning and becoming more inteligent.

2) Because they are really hardworking on getting good grades. What makes them a good group to study how they deal with Mindset.
