5x - 3y - z
By hypothesis, x = -2, y = 2 and z = -3.

So you all need to do is replace each letter by its value and do the calculus:

5x - 3y - z = 5*(-2) - 3(2) - (-3)
= -10 - 6 + 3=
=-16 + 3
= -13

So when x = -2, y = 2 and z = -3
5x - 3y - z = -13 (answer d)

Hope this helps! :)
