Taking one point at a time we shall determine the coordinate rule for the translation from ABC to A'B'C'
The x coordinate for point A shows that the value of x has been decreased by a factor of negative 2. Also the the value of y has been increased by a factor of 8. Hence point A moves to point A' with the following rules;
Move 2 units to the left of the x-axis
Move 8 units upward of the y-axis
Apply the same rule for points B and C and your translation is complete!
