That’s wrong actually; lipids make up membranes between organelles and also on the outside of cells. They do store energy, and they definitely don’t mix with water- think of when you put oil in water. Therefore, the answer is C, because that’s the only one that’s not true. Lipids are found in plant and animal cells.
