1. Chips and a sport drink

it is C. because it is the healthiest plus it will give you the most energy during the game/sport you are playing

I would say 3 or 4 because a athlete must be filled with food because of the exercise they would get tired b\easily and with out food I dont think you will be able to run or do some kind of exercise.
My dad is a athlete trainer and he tells his students that it is always good to have eaten some good food before training
