Under inflated tires flex too much and build up heat, which can lead fire blowouts. True or false?

This statement is TRUE. Under inflated tires must be flexed just where they meet the road as they flatten out there in order to free the space that is not used up by air in the tire. This process produces some more heat and wears on a tire. All in all, it can cause a blowout.
