A homeowner installs an electrical heated mirror into the shower room. When a person has a shower, the heated mirror does not go misty but stays clear, why?

Because the heated mirror matches temperature of shower steam.

This is most likely because a heated mirror will evaporate any water condensation from the shower that tries to accumulate onto it.
