If your cerebral cortex, which controls your muscle memory is born smaller, then you will not have full control over your muscles and it will be harder to move around

Aphasia - Damage to the left hemisphere
Epilepsy - Brain can't function properly, causes seizures
Damage to different parts of the brain can cause many different issues
