Do you think outside views and commentary are helpful or hurtful during turbulent times?

People have different views and opinions about life as a general. And sometimes that difference helps a lot especially in turbulent times. We get the chance to hear third-party opinion from people who may probably have no idea of the real situation. They help man refocus his goals and beliefs in life.

The answer is it is helpful and it is also hurtful. It is either of the two as it depends on the outside views and commentary that is provided. It may be of help to a person in turbulent times when the outside views and commentary is a comforting or is giving advice towards the person experiencing a turbulent time but it is hurtful when he or she receives outside views and commentary that will only hurt his or her feelings and not help her in regards with the situation that he or she is in.
