What is the slope of y=1/5x - 4?

Given that the equation is
y= (1)/(5)x-4
the slope is
(1)/(5)
and the -4 is the intercept or where the line crosses the y- axis

1/5 because y=mx+b where m=the slope so in y=1/5x+-b, 1/5 is the slope.
