a. Slope-intercept form is y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. Therefore, the slope-intercept form is y = 3/2x - 2

The y-intercept is -2, so plot (0 , -2) on the y-axis.
The slope is 3/2 = rise/run, so go up 3 and to the right 2 for each new point.
The next point would be (2 , 1) and so on.
